DigiXBot does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The signals, analyses, and automated trades executed through our platform are tools to assist your trading decisions. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any trade for your financial situation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiXBot and its operators shall not be liable for:

Any trading losses incurred while using the Service
Technical failures, delays, or interruptions

7. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.
